2. Once we review your information we'll reach out to answer any questions you may have and send you an invitation to our patient portal, MYIO*. 

3. Your patient portal account will connect you to the intake paperwork needed to begin services. Once paperwork is completed, an intake appointment will be scheduled with a therapist.
